1. Booking & Payment: All bookings are confirmed based on the online sale prices. Payment must be made in full prior to service delivery or product collection.
2. Product Collection & Delivery: Wigs and products will be ready for collection or shipment within 7 to 21 working days. We will notify you of any delays.
3. Services & Products Collection: All booked services and purchased products must be collected or completed before the end of the sale period.
4. Services Not Included: Our services do not include installation or glueless services unless explicitly specified.
5. No Laybys: Layby or installment payments are not accepted on sale prices or promotional offers.
6. Rescheduling & Cancellations: Rescheduling or cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposits.
7. No Refunds or Exchanges: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on services or products, except where required by law or if the product is faulty.
8. Valuables & Personal Items: Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not liable for any loss or damage.
9. Health & Medical Conditions: Please inform us of any allergies or medical conditions prior to services. We reserve the right to refuse service if necessary for safety reasons.
10. Customer Responsibilities: Clients must arrive on time, follow pre-care instructions, and communicate any concerns or medical issues before treatment.
11. Liability & Disclaimers: AfikaM Hair and Beauty shall not be liable for any injuries, adverse reactions, or damages caused by products or services unless due to negligence on our part.
